This Privacy Policy explains how Hi Dev Mobile (“Hi Dev,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our websites, our client dashboard, and the digital advertising services we provide, including services that use the Google Ads API. By using our website or services you agree to this Policy.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
- Contact and inquiry data you submit through our forms (name, email, phone, message, and any files you attach).
- Client account data. When you engage us to manage advertising, we collect the business and billing information needed to create and operate advertising accounts on your behalf.
- Google Ads data. With your authorization, we access your Google Ads accounts through the Google Ads API to create, manage, and report on campaigns — including campaign settings, keywords, ads, budgets, bidding, conversion data, and performance metrics.
- Authentication data. When you connect a Google account, Google provides us OAuth access tokens. We do not receive or store your Google password.
- Usage and device data collected automatically when you use our website or dashboard (for example, IP address, browser type, and analytics events).
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve our advertising and dashboard services.
- To create, manage, optimize, and report on your Google Ads campaigns.
- To communicate with you about your account, inquiries, and support requests.
- To protect against fraud and abuse and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Google API Services — Limited Use disclosure
Hi Dev’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use Google Ads data solely to provide and improve the advertising services you have requested. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising unrelated to your accounts, or allow humans to read it except (a) with your consent, (b) for security or to comply with law, or (c) where the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers (for example, hosting, analytics, and form processing) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- With Google, as necessary to operate your advertising accounts through the Google Ads API.
- When required by law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
6. Data retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal requirements. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you may revoke our access to your Google account at any time via your Google account permissions page. 7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including encryption of access tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information (for example, under the CCPA/CPRA or GDPR). Contact us at edwar@hidevmobile.com to exercise them.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
